Steven Arcella is the principal of 322 Studio, LLC., providing creative art direction and graphic design services for a range of industries and applications.

My approach to any project is to listen to a client’s needs and then develop creative solutions to achieve their vision. I pride myself on exceeding client expectations by delivering exceptional work, no matter the medium. It all begins with the concept and finding the materials, methods, and direction to make the messaging impactful.

I bring my expertise and knowledge in packaging and printing across various industries, and I consistently do what it takes to support my client’s success. I have developed retail packaging across thousands of SKUs involving multiple substrates and printing methods. I have lead a team in re-branding a product line, implementing the design across thirty products, and preparing full size mock-ups in order to tee up the sales team to secure a $10 million deal - all accomplished in under ten days.

I am exceptionally skilled in working across departments and on innovations in printing and production technology. For example, I recently worked with an R&D team to develop a proprietary analogue printing process for building materials to produce a natural, non-repeating and organic appearance to roofing, siding, and flooring. Market competition often demands originality, creativity, and multi-disciplinary approaches in product development, and 322 Studio delivers.

My work also includes CPG ad campaigns, re-brands, trade show booth designs, packaging, photo campaigns, HR safety posters, and comprehensive identity packages.

When not working commercially, I direct my efforts to sculptures, photography, teaching workshops, and saving the planet’s coral reefs.
